Refund Policy

No Returns or Cancellations:

  • We have a strict no-return and no-cancellation policy. Therefore, there is no refund policy.

Exchange Eligibility:

  • Products are eligible for exchange only under the following conditions:
    • The received product is defective.
    • The product is received in a damaged condition.
    • The package is lost in transit.

Conditions for Exchange:

  • A defective product will not be eligible for exchange if:
    • The original inner packaging and tags/notes are not retained.
    • There are any damages to the product after delivery.
    • The serial number, unique identifier, or barcode of the package is tampered with, not readable, altered, or missing.
    • An unboxing video is required for any item to be considered for exchange.

Damaged or Poor Condition Packages:

  • If you receive a package in poor condition or if the package or product is damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the package and inform us immediately. Send pictures and videos of the package to admin@pradha.co.in, including your Order ID in the email, or DM us on Instagram @Pradha.co.in. We will ensure that you receive the same product in perfect condition at no additional cost.

Missing Product Complaints:

  • Any complaints regarding missing products from the package will only be considered if an unboxing video and pictures are shared by the customer within 1 day of delivery.
